Billson's Georges Dry Gin

Distilled using ultra premium grape spirit and Billson's alpine spring water.
George's Gin is made up of 11 botanicals including Australian native finger limes producing fresh aromas of juniper with lifted lime/lemon notes and complex anise characters.
This is a light bodied gin with brisk piney juniper, lime peel, anise and pepper flavours giving lots of layers, finishing off with a zesty hit of lime aftertaste.
